Been going here for 20+ years, which is actually a scary thought. It's Subway, you get what you get. Service is a little slow, but not worth having a freak out over.
Maybe learn Spanish while you wait in line if the ethnicity of the employees is bothering you? Relaxo. -

Norma was incredibly rude! When she asked if I wanted my sandwich with everything I said yes because I had ordered the new Italian ciabatta then she started out all the wrong toppings on it and gave me a dirty look. Maybe she should know what is on the menu.

Typical subway. Overpriced subs that barely have any meat in them. They did have a lot of veggies to choose from. They also have a different sub of the day everyday that is about a buck cheaper than usual. Yesterday was the Black Forest Ham, so that is what I got. It tasted pretty good. Toppings were fresh. The girl behind the counter was on her phone when I came in and seemed to be a little annoyed that she had to stop to serve me. Lol

Every time I order online there seems to be something wrong with my order. I rarely go to this Subway, but any time I do, I find that the employees are really irritated and impatient with their customers. They seem to desperately need some training on customer service. They're in a prime location with all of the office buildings and shops, so I'm sure they are selling enough sandwiches despite the poor customer service. Too bad. I won't recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered the $3.50 six inch sub of the day and asked if using the wrap costs extra. The employee said no. When I got to the end of the line to pay, it wang up as $7. I told the cashier what the first person said and they said she made a mistake and charged me $7 for an employee's mistake. The cashier said maybe "next time." Avoid this location.
